In-App Support

Contact us directly on WhatsApp, or message your dedicated concierge team through the Altitude app for the fastest response.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time directly from the app by navigating to Profile > Delete Account.

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing info@altitudeltd.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

When your account is deleted, all personal data associated with your account, including your profile information, enquiry history, messages, and push notification tokens, will be permanently removed from our systems.
